Phases I & II will have approximately 32,000 sq feet to accommodate Office, Retail, Restaurants, as well as a banquet facility with a full commercial kitchen and one of the largest outdoor courtyards in the Triangle.

Phase III will be a Luxury Boutique Hotel consisting of 100+ Rooms and Suites furnished and equipped with modern hardware. A rooftop pool and wine bar provide endless sun, views and entertainment for the Triangle area.
